✅ DanesFest 2026 Registration Terms and Conditions By registering for DanesFest 2026, you agree to the following: 1. Attendance and Conduct You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event. Antisocial, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the site without refund. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 2. Ticketing and Entry Entry is valid only with a pre-purchased ticket or approved club registration. The event is for members of the club and their bona fide guests – any tickets purchased by non-members who are not guests will not be refunded. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organisers. Entry may be refused if capacity limits are reached or if safety is compromised. 3. Safety and Compliance You agree to follow all safety instructions from stewards and event staff. You acknowledge that DanesFest operates under a licensed premises and you will comply with all alcohol and safety regulations. Wristbands are required for access to the site and for certain areas (e.g. bouncy castles). 4. Photography and Media You consent to the use of photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes unless you notify the organisers in writing before the event. 5. Liability You attend at your own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by negligence. You are responsible for your own belongings and children. 6. Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, layout, or facilities due to weather, safety, or operational needs. 7.
